What the enquiry stores

When you submit, we store your name, email, practice area, emirate, budget, urgency, short summary, consent version and submission time. We associate the enquiry with your signed-in account so you can remove your own submission. No payment details or document uploads are requested.

Why it is stored and who can access it

Submitting gives the project owner permission to review your enquiry for the pilot and contact you about it. The owner can access pilot records through the site’s hosting administration. Hosting and authentication providers process data needed to operate the service. The current pilot uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare storage; UAE-only data residency is not promised.

No enquiry is automatically sent to a law firm. A future introduction requires a separate, specific consent. There is no automatic sale of your details, no advertising tracking added to this site, and no marketing subscription created by the form.

Removal and retention

The confirmation screen includes a “Withdraw and delete enquiry” action while the page remains open. This deletes your record from the pilot database. For later requests, contact the project owner through the chat or channel that invited you and provide your enquiry reference. Platform logs and backups may follow the hosting provider’s separate retention rules.

Pilot enquiries remain until you withdraw them or the owner deletes them. A formal retention schedule and public privacy contact must be established before the service opens to the public. Please use sample data when evaluating this prototype.

Keep sensitive information out of the pilot

Do not include identification numbers, full case files, medical information, children’s names, bank details or confidential documents. This service does not create lawyer–client privilege or an engagement with a lawyer.

The ChatGPT companion

The current tools only retrieve category information and preparation checklists. They do not submit enquiries or contact law firms. Chat content is also subject to the host platform’s own policies. Avoid sharing confidential information in a discovery conversation.

Before you engage a lawyer

Check their licence, authority to act in your jurisdiction, conflicts of interest, scope and fees. No outcome, introduction or response time is guaranteed. If a legal deadline is close, contact a licensed professional directly.
